This program is provided by Whitney Ensor PT, DPT, WCS, NASM-CPT a Doctor of Physical Therapy with Mind Body Physio. She has practiced for over 25 years in numerous settings treating orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, has authored peer-reviewed publications and a book chapter on Women’s Health, and currently serves as part- time faculty for A.T Still Doctor of Physical Therapy program, teaching and guest lecturing on Men’s and Women’s Health and related topics. An avid marathoner, NPC Bikini Competitor, and fitness enthusiast, she combines her clinical expertise and passion for wellness to bring quality care to her clientele.
