Stay in the game even when the season has been postponed! Join expert JCC trainer Sylvester Davis for classes tailored to high school athletes looking to stay in shape while in the off-season. These athletic conditioning classes are designed to improve or maintain sports conditioning.
These classes focus on improving overall athletic abilities used in high school sports using techniques like sprinting drills, agility drills, bodyweight strength training, stabilization and mobility.
Bring a mat and a water bottle. Equipment gets cleaned before and after every class and participants will keep social distance during the class. Masks are required.
