Fit to Fight

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:30 A.M.

February 5 – April 25
May 7 – July 25

Interact with other cancer fighters and survivors while exercising in a group setting for 3 months. Classes include walking, functional movement, restorative yoga, meditation and much more. Monthly Lunch & Learns will also take place. Classes are FREE with a doctor’s written referral. Participants will have access to the Health & Wellness facility for the duration of the session.
