TRX Suspension Training

Whether you’re young or old, out of shape or a beast, injured or at the top of your game, TRX Suspension Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Classes meet monthly on Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.

All JCC members can use the TRX straps by checking them out at the
Health and Wellness Desk. Straps may be checked out for 30 or 45 minute
sessions whenever the upper gym is available. Please let the floor staff
assist you in putting up and taking down the straps.
