Jewish Federation Women’s Division present a Uniquely Jewish Event Series

Passover Dessert Event with guest chef, Paula Shoyer.

paulaJoin us with guest chef Paula Shoyer for a Passover wine tasting, light appetizers and a dessert reception.

Paula Shoyer is a pastry chef who owns and operates Paula’s Parisian Pastries Cooking School in the Washington, D.C. area where she teaches classes in French pastry and Jewish cooking both locally and around the country. She is the author of The Kosher Baker: 160 dairy-free desserts from traditional to trendy. She is the editor of two Kosher cookbooks: Kosher by Design Entertains and Kosher by Design Kids in the Kitchen. She has appearanced on Food Network’s Sweet Genius, Daytime and Martha Stewart Living.

VIP Event Afternoon

Join Paula for an afternoon of baking, schmoozing and lunch. Learn from Paula’s culinary expertise in a small, intimate group and prepare Passover friendly desserts under her instruction for the Passover Dessert Event.

Noon-4 p.m.Includes admission to the Uniquely Jewish baking program at 6:30 p.m. where Paula will demonstrate and serve the desserts baked by the group.

Fee: $100 per person
