Major Gifts Event Nears; Time to Make a Difference in 2011

This year, the Jewish Community of Louisville celebrates the difference your support makes in our community, our nation and around the world.

Please make plans to attend the Major Gifts Event on Sunday, January 23, 5:30 p.m., at the Rudd Heart and Lung Conference Center at Jewish Hospital

to kick off the Annual Campaign with “Making a Difference: Inspiring Stories of Love and Hope.”The program will recognize the impact your donations have made – and continue to make – for the Jewish community.*

But the story doesn’t stop there. Donors have the power to write new tales of inspiration and hope by making their commitment to the 2011 JCL Annual Campaign. Campaign Chairperson Ralph Green will be on hand to thank donors for their past support and provide an overview of how much their support has meant to the community.

“Making a Difference” will also honor Mayor Jerry Abramson for the differences he has made in our hometown. He believes being a strong public leader is the best way to give back, and has certainly shown us how it should be done.

*Minimum Campaign commitment to attend the event is $5,000 per individual or $7,500 for couple. Ben Gurion Society members (45 and under), $1,000 per individual.

Please RSVP by Thursday, January 20, to 451-8840 or email mtimmel@jewishlouisville.org.
