The Golden Bagel returned to its Taylorsville Road home when the Keneseth Israel King Pinners held off Louisville’s four other synagogues during the April 10 event at Ten Pin Lanes.
Living up to the team motto of “Strike Early, Strike Often” the 8.12352 pin winning margin was the largest in the event’s two year history.
Second place went to Adath Jeshurun’s High Rollers, third to Temple Shalom’s Ten Pin Topplers, fourth Anshei Sfard’s Kosher Keglers and fifth place to The Temple’s Mark Makers.
The 246 high game score went to K.I.’s Neal “Lean Mean Strike Machine” Fine and the 395 high series Sara Lee Goldstein Trophy to K.I.’s Jordan Roth.
The Summer Bowl-A-Pa-Louza is scheduled for Sunday, July 17, 1 p.m at Ten Pin Lanes.
