JCC Rules Changing to Increase Security

Around the country, people are becoming more conscious of security in light of recent tragic events. The Jewish Community Center has also been looking at its facility and is making some changes to enhance the security of all members, visitors and guests.

New security cameras are being installed, thanks to a grant from the Kentucky Colonels and a generous anonymous contribution.

There will also be some policy changes. Everyone will be required to enter and exit the building from one door. From Sunday through Friday, it will be the main lobby doors by the Patio Gallery and the main desk. On Saturday, it will be the Health and Fitness entrance by the outdoor pool.

In addition, members and staff will be required to scan their membership cards and guests will be required to check in at the desk.
