With hundreds of small colored pieces of glass to choose from, all with smooth, safety edges, children and parents worked together to create small mosaics that will eventually become part of custom Judaica pieces forged in the Gary Rosenthal Studio.
The families were participants in the 2012 Federation Campaign’s Ben Gurion event on Sunday, October 23, at the Standard Country Club. Those in attendance heard a brief Campaign message from David Kaplan and enjoyed dinner together.
David and Elizabeth Kaplan are the Ben Gurion Society chairs. Ben Gurion Society members are young adults who make a commitment of at least $1,000 to the Federation Campaign.
