A blood-thirsty plant on Skid Row…what could go wrong?  Find out in Little Shop of Horrors, set to open at Centerstage this weekend.  

Little Shop of Horrors will take place on Oct. 27, 29, Nov. 3, 5, 7, 10, and 12 at 7:30 p.m. each night.  Shows on Oct. 30, Nov. 6, and 13 will occur at 2 p.m. each day.  All shows are to happen at the Jewish Community Center of Louisville, located at 3600 Dutchmans Lane near the Highlands in Louisville.  

Tickets for the show are $18 per person and can be purchased one of two ways:  by phone at 502-459-0660 or at the Jewish Community Center front desk.  More information on the show can be found at the Centerstage website.  

A geeky but lovable young man named Seymour has fallen for co-worker Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors.  Both work for Mr. Mushnik in a flower shop on Skid Row, and the business is going under.  That is, until a blood-eating plant comes into their lives. At first, the shop is saved thanks to the unique plant.  However, at this flower shop on Skid Row, another sinister plot is blooming.

Chris Bryant stars as Seymour, Lauren McCombs performs as Audrey, and Rusty Henle is shop owner Mr. Musnik.  John Leffert directed the production.
