Your own Business: Business Planning

Whether you are just starting out, growing or seeking funding, a business plan is an essential tool for organizing your business.  YOB: Business Planning is a six-workshop designed to introduce the parts of a basic business plan. Each week facilitator will cover specific sections including description of contents, why it’s needed and how to generate the information needed for your individual plan.
