Women’s Boxing
Use the time honored sport of boxing to take your fitness to the next level.
There will be no actual combat in this class; rather, you will use boxing training to improve your agility, speed, reflexes and endurance. Learn proper boxing technique while training on a heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, and double-end bag. You will also be coached on the focus mitts. Burn calories, increase your cardiovascular fitness level, learn self-defense skills, improve eye-hand coordination, and HAVE FUN in a proven and effective class.
