This 4-week private yoga and wine-tasting program from Old 502 Winery. Our journey begins with yoga to relax the mind and body. Afterwords, we will cultivate the craft of wine tasting, and learn to discern the delectable flavors and aromas. The more enjoyable we make the demanding routines in life, the more we are to stick to them. Wine and Unwind allows us to enjoy the benefits of body relaxation and stress relief, in a communal experience.
