This is an in-depth, comparative look at the Jewish and yogic traditions. We look at ways in which these two wonderful traditions support each other and share many commonalities. In addition to discussion, the workshops always offer an experiential component, such as yoga, meditation & breathing practices Teachers: Cantor Hordes & Katey Brichto. All in the community are welcome to attend; free and open to the public.
