Tikkun Ley’l Shavuot at AJ

Celebrate Shavuot with Adath Jeshurun, Keneseth Israel and Temple Shalom at a shared-synagogue observance held at AJ.
7:30 PM – Pre-Tikkun program
8:30 PM – Maariv
8:45 PM – Dinner
9:15 PM – Teaching sessions (3 – 45 minute sessions) ending at 12:15 AM
Shavuot commemorates the giving of the Ten Commandments to Moses and the Israelites at Mt. Sinai. Just as the Israelites stayed up late the night before receiving the Ten Commandments, we do too!
Enjoy a fascinating presentation by Jonathan Lippman & Andrea Olinger: “From Caedmon to the Coen Brothers–The Torah in Literature and Film.” Experience a creative service and a wonderful evening of dairy treats and great study sessions with the clergy of all three synagogues!
