We are all experiencing high-stress levels right now. When we experience stress, our furry family members can become stressed as well. To make matters worse, stress negatively impacts both the physical and mental health of human and non-human animals. Join us via Zoom (RSVP firstname.lastname@example.org for the link) on Sunday, August 2, at 2:00 pm for a short (about 20-25 minutes) diaphragmatic, deep breathing “paws” in your day to relax and synchronize your breathing with your dog (or cat). Learn how to truly breathe deeply and then combine the technique with a slow and light touch massage for your furry family member. With practice, this is a great technique to use to reduce stress for both you and your pet.
