“Kreplach Workshop” at AJ

AJ will be hosting a “Kreplach Workshop” today beginning at 10:00 AM. This will be a hands-on workshop led by Sarah O’Koon who is graciously sharing her talents with us. All participants will be able to take some kreplach home. Kreplach are small dumplings filled with ground meat, mashed potatoes or another filling, usually boiled and served in chicken soup, though they may also be served fried.
