Healthy Happy Hour

  • Meet and discuss workouts with JCC Personal Trainers
  • Fitness demos lead by JCC Group Fitness Instructors
  • Chair massages from JCC Massage Therapists
  • Pumpkin smoothies and healthy snacks
  • Demonstrations from doTERRA Essential Oils, Rainbow Blossom and Norwex
  • Healthy Raffle including JCC Fit Kit, 60-minute personal training session, 60-minute massage, Jewish Film Festival tickets, LKSA Swim Lessons, CenterStage tickets and more!

This event is free and open to everyone.
