Fitness Demo: Pilates Reformer

Pilates, with a capital P, is done on a Pilates Reformer which is a gliding platform that gently works your muscles while improving torso stability and postural alignment. The adjustable springs on the Reformer provide a non-impact, joint friendly workout. Come give Pilates a try and see the benefits that the exercise provides.
