Fitness Demo: Kettle Bell

Kettle bells provide all the benefits of dumbbell training with the additional pay offs of improving your grip and stabilizing muscles, including your core. Come see how this slight modification in workout equipment will improve your strength and burn more calories with every movement. We will show you how to get more out of your workout by making this change in your fitness routine.
