Deep Water Running

Instructor: Shannon DeDemonico
This class is open to exercisers of all levels, from seasoned runners to someone with joint pain or recovering from an injury and looking for a good cardiovascular workout. Shannon will lead you through a workout that will raise your heart rate without having impact on your joints. You will receive the increased resistance of the water to train your whole body. Deep water running can help improve your running form while decreasing your chance of injury. This class will be beneficial for a runner and a non-runner alike.
