Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?
In this class, participants will use stand-up paddle boards in the pool to develop core strength and muscle integration for better balance.
Tuesdays, April 4-25 | 9:30-10:30 a.m.*
Wednesdays, April 5-26 | 7:30-8:30 p.m.–class is full
*No class on Tuesday, April 11.
