AJ hosting a Couple’s Night at Gilda’s Club

This is a Tikkun Olam opportunity to bring cheer to couples battling cancer. Each couple consists of one partner who is actively receiving cancer treatment. Please come out and volunteer this evening. AJ members will serve dinner and drinks to these couples from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Volunteers are needed throughout the day (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM) both before and after the dinner to assist with the following tasks:

Set up crew

Servers

Photographers

Maitre D’s

Kitchen crew

Decor team

Clean up

Please sign up by contacting Jessica Carner at Gilda’s Club (371-3038) or jessica@gildaclublouisville.org and let her know your preferred task. Jessica can provide additional information on what is required for each of the tasks. Students ages 12 and older are welcome to assist with the setup and decor shifts in the afternoon. Because wine will be served during dinner, beginning at 6:00 PM, all volunteers must be at least age 20. The dinner will be held at Gilda’s Clubhouse located at 633 Baxter Avenue, 40204.
