When your responsibility shifts from your children to your parents JFCS can offer a practical and emotional hand to give you the lift you may need. We provide free education on the aging process stress management problem-solving principles of self-care safety strategies for setting boundaries and considerations for long-term care.
Third Thursday of every month, 7:00pm at JFCS
