Adath Jeshurun Shabbat Learning Series

Join us for AJ’s Shabbat Learning Series “Listen and Learn.” Meet the teens who disclosed the story about Hitler quotes included in The Kentucky State Police Training Manual.”
AJ is proud to feature brothers Satchel & Cooper Walton, the student journalists at duPont Manual High School who recently disclosed Ky. State Police training manual which includes instructions on violence written by Hitler!
The brothers were alarmed at the culture of violence promoted in the training material. A section titled “Violence of Action” quotes Adolf Hitler stating, “The very first essential for success is a perpetually constant and regular employment of violence.” The manual also instructs Ky. State Troopers to “Be the loving father, spouse, and friend, as well as the ruthless killer.” The brothers decided to speak out about the abhorrent language and messaging, and they published an article in their school newspaper which exposed the alarming contents of the training materials.
