Purim is a time to celebrate and have fun, and the Young Adult Division is planning to do just that. On Saturday, March 19, they are going to Congregation Adath Jeshurun to celebrate in style.
The evening begins at 8:15 with the chanting of the Megillah to Beatles tunes. At 9:30, Club AJ opens its doors for music, drinks and comedy. YAD members are invited to enjoy hamantaschen and tastings of wine, beer and specialty coffees.
Entertainment will be provided by R-rated comedian Nathan Wallace.
Young adults and the young at heart are welcome.
This program is co-sponsored by the Jewish Community of Louisville’s YAD Division and Congregation Adath Jeshurun. It is generously subsidized by the Rabbi Simcha Kling Educational Fund.
