Naamani Library

Located in the front lobby, the library offers selected Judaica including Biblical studies, historical data, Holocaust references, fiction, films and periodicals. Books and films may be checked out by members at the front desk.

The Rosa Gladstein Memorial Cinema Library

The Jewish Heritage Video Collection, located in the Naamani Library, offers over 200 feature films, documentaries and TV programs on a variety of Jewish interests. Made possible by a gift from the estate of Rosa Gladstein. DVDs and tapes may be rental at no charge from the JCC Welcome Desk receptionist.

Jewish Resource Center

The Jewish Resource Center (JRC) serves as a source of Jewish educational materials and programs for schools, synagogues and the community. Materials include craft supplies, posters, books and multimedia. The JRC provides outreach services, professional staff and materials that increase understanding of Jewish traditions and thought for Jewish and secular educators. JRC offers Jewish story-time, informal learning and classroom visits at the JCC. The Resource Center is funded in part by the National Council of Jewish Women – Louisville Section. Hours: Tuesdays & Thursday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Florence Melton Adult Mini School

Louisville’s Florence Melton Adult Mini-School promotes Jewish literacy in an open, pluralistic, egalitarian and stimulating environment. Students come from Reform, Conservative, Orthodox and unaffiliated backgrounds. Click here for more.
