Spotlight Youth Musical Theater
Grades K-2 • July 14-25 | Grades 3-4 • June 30-July 11
Step into a world of imagination and get caught up in the magic of CenterStage’s youth theatre program! Campers will spend their days with theatre professionals learning the art of musical theatre. The camp will culminate in a musical theatre performance with your children in a starring role! Children will work in all disciplines including acting, singing and dancing. This camp is not just for the serious performer but also for any child who likes to have fun.
Spotlight on GLEE Camp
Grades 5-7 • July 28-August 8
Are you a GLEEK at heart who needs a “new direction” to let it out? Join Spotlight Youth Players as a member of our GLEE Club this summer. Students will work with music theatre professionals to learn popular songs and dances from the hit television show as well as creating their own songs, dances and scenes. Camp will culminate in a spectacular performance where every player will be a STAR!
University of Louisville | Art Camp
Grades 4-8 • July 28-August 1
Through hands-on activities, participants will experience five days of creativity in a studio located within the University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute. Students will explore a variety of 2D media such as papermaking, drawing, printmaking, and painting. At the end of the week, campers will take home a portfolio of the work they created to share with family and friends.

Groove and move your way through the summer during this fun and exciting week filled with the hottest dance moves to your favorite radio tunes. Explore the world of dance and music while learning all forms of dance. The camp will culminate in a dance performance.
Grades K-2 • July 14-18

Imagine. Design. Create. You will learn about and use different media to produce artwork such as painting, drawing, clay and more. Also enjoy a day trip to an area art museum and present an art show on Friday for our campers to display their works.
Grades K-2 • June 30- July 3 (No camp July 4) | Grades 3-6 • June 23-27

This camp will explore color art in many forms. We will be painting, printmaking, sculpting, paper folding and more. The campers will learn about color mixing, the use of analogous, complementary and split color schemes in our art. The campers will also participate in a field trip to Kentucky Museum of Arts and Crafts and present an art show on Friday.
Nutty Scientists Camp
Grades Pre-K to K (Level I) • July 21-25 | Grades 1-2 (Level II) • July 28-August 1
During this camp the campers will learn all about the planet, seasons and go on a personal discovery to find all of the hidden treasures in nature. Our experiments will be explosive, messy and so much fun. Parents be warned … campers WILL get wet, messy and have a lot of fun during this week-long camp. With the Nutty Professor involved, we may even get to see some snow!
Level I – We will introduce campers to our natural resources and teach them to respect and treasure the world around us. Experiments will be explosive, hands-on, messy and so much fun.
Level II – The Eco-Agent campers will not only become more aware of the environment around us but will also dive into topics like eco-hazards, tide changes, weather, plants, waste reduction, recycling and saving our planet. Get ready for more messy experiments and be an earth superhero by understanding how to save our planet!
University of Louisville | “The Mysteries of History”
Grades 6-8 • July 28-August 1
This camp will put history into action. Over the course of five days the campers will participate in hands-on activities combined with visits to the Frazier Museum, The Filson Historical Society, Locust Grove and a “mystery” location. Through these activities the campers will learn what historians do behind the scenes at historic sites and how they unearth clues to answer questions about the past.
Grades 1-3 • July 7-11 | Grades 4-6 • July 14-18

Campers will make a variety of vegetarian dishes throughout this week long camp. Enjoy pasta, soup, omelets, stir fry and desserts. Campers will learn the basics of knife safety, sanitation, prep and clean-up.
